Special tariffs with the lowering index 0.5 for journey of pupils of a full-time course of study of educational institutions of elementary level of education, secondary-level education and higher education will be introduced from September, 1st, till May, 31st, 2012.

According to the Press Secretary of the Penza region of Kuibyshev railway Alevtina Goldinova, the discount operates at purchase of tickets for upper berths of compartment cars of all categories of trains traveling in Russia.

She said: "To use the offer the student should show the inquiry of the student of a full-time course of study, the student's card and the document confirming citizenship of the Russian Federation in a ticket office".
