96 ungraded schools will work in the Penza region since September, 1st

Penza, 24 August 2011. PenzaNews. 96 comprehensive schools of the Penza region since September, 1st will work as ungraded schools. Svetlana Kopeshkina, the Minister of Education of the region said about it during the press conference at the news agency "PenzaNews" press center on Wednesday, August, 24th. She noticed also that the quantity of the branches of educational institutions increased threefold, there were 30 institutions last year and there are 80 ones now.

The Minister of Education said: "It means that we keep small schools in the villages where young families and children live, reducing the number of legal bodies".
According to Svetlana Kopeshkina, comfortable transfer to schools located in the near by villages is provided for children from far away settlements where ungraded schools were liquidated.
