Penza, 29 August 2011. PenzaNews. Updated project of reconstruction of Penza circus was presented by experts of Moscow Company "Arbat-management".

According to the representative of design organization Alexey Hrynkin, the remarks stated at the sessions of town-planning council of the city were taken into account in the new project. The hotel was moved closer to Kuraeva street to increase the review of dome of the circus, the adjoining territory will have pavement and benches and garden fixtures will be installed, the square of auditorium was increased up to 5.5 thousand sq. meters, the height of the hotel was reduced to 15 floors.

The press-service of administration of Penza said: "Training arena, the absence of which became the main reason of reconstruction, will be the main innovation of the new circus".

The engineers of the project there also had a task to consider the possibility of use of underground space of the circus territory for parking lot, to pay attention to the requirements of fire safety and to finish the projects of entrance and exit of the parking lot.

The main architect of Penza Dmitry Polishko said: "The most important requirement of the city, is to consider special importance of Penza circus and to high-quality materials, but on the whole the project was approved".
