Penza, 30 August 2011. PenzaNews. Sham fight of firemen took place in Penza art gallery named after K.A.Savitsky on Tuesday, August, 30th.

Sham fight began with the message about fire hazard in the cellar. Even before arrival of firemen the building was left by workers of gallery. Two employees didn't have opportunity to come to an exit fire on the third floor of the building.

The firemen evacuated all employees and started to take out the pictures with the help of automatic ladder.

According to the director of picture gallery Valery Sazonov, sham fight of firemen in gallery was held in accordance with the plan once in two years.

He said: "Such actions are simply necessary. The art gallery concerns group №3 — to objects of special importance. And without correct, accurate and fast actions of firemen the big loss can be caused to the cultural heritage".

Valery Sazonov added that the sham fight of firemen and employees of the gallery was successful.
