The first deputy of the chairman of the government — the head of the apparatus of the governor and the government of the Penza region Vyacheslav Satin criticized the rates of work on the standard documents defining an order of transportation of passengers and luggage by automobile taxi in which the department of industry, transport and power of the region is engaged.

According to the press-service of the government of the Penza region, Vyacheslav Satin acting in lieu of the governor Vasily Bochkarev gave some days to solve all questions.

During operative meeting in the regional government Vyacheslav Satin said: "You have only one day to solve all problems connected with these questions".
