Penza, 1 September 2011. PenzaNews. It is planned to transfer the monument of the soldiers from Penza who were lost in local wars which is situated opposite to the recreation center named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky.

Now the ministry of culture and archive of the Penza region interviews public opinion concerning new location of the monument.

According to the press-service of the ministry, it is possible to send the suggestions to the ministry in e-mail with the topic "Survey".
