Penza, 2 September 2011. PenzaNews. Solemn ceremony of state registration of marriage will not be held in the big hall of territorial department Octjabrsky Registry Office of Penza since October, 14th.

The department of the Registry Office of the Penza region said: "It is connected with indoor repairing works. Solemn registration of marriage will be held in a small hall or in the Penza art gallery named after K.A. Savitsky if a newly wedded couple wants".
