Penza, 3 September 2011. PenzaNews. On Saturday, September, 3rd the internet site of the news agency "PenzaNews" celebrated its 4th anniversary. Four years passed from the date when the Internet site of the news agency "PenzaNews" started to work.

According to the head of the news agency "PenzaNews" Ivan Malikov, several significant events happened this year.

Ivan Malikov said: "We managed to achieve qualitatively new level of work. So, the updated version of the site http://penzanews.ru was started. It is more functional, has more "friendly" interface and multimedia bias. We made much work to improve the quality of information published on the site, increased the number of exclusive materials such as interviews, comments, photo reports."

He said that the users of the site praised all changes.

The head of the news agency "PenzaNews" said: "It's enough to get feedback. On the one hand, we see that more and more people visit our web-site http://penzanews.ru. The main thing is also the quality of audience attention. We see that readers often quote our messages, social network services promote it. The number of subscribers who get news from the news agency" PenzaNews" through e-mail daily increased. Besides, more and more people read our news line on mobile phones. All these positive changes cheer up and stimulate for the further development of the agency".

Ivan Malikov reminded that in 2011 the news agency "PenzaNews" opened its own press center. Its advantages are comfortable system of illumination, air-conditioning, improved acoustic characteristics and all necessary infrastructures for operative processing and transfer of the information.

He said: "We are proud of our press center. The premise was reconstructed taking into account the fact that the actions with participation of mass-media will be held there. To judge the level and the status of press room area could either journalists or representatives of authorities and heads of the companies".

The head of the news agency "PenzaNews" underlined that the success of the agency is the merit of highly professional team of staff.

Ivan Malikov said: "Work at the news agency demands from journalists maximum mobilization, concentration, constant improvement and perfection of their professional skills. I can say that all employees of the agency are professionals who deserve respect. I thank colleagues for excellent work and I congratulate them on the beginning of new, the fifth year of the web-site of news agency" PenzaNews ".

The site http://penzanews.ru was started up in the Internet on September, 3rd, 2007.

In February, 2008 the site was registered as mass-media (news agency) in Russian Mass Media, Communications and Cultural Protection Service of Moscow.

The design of the Internet resource was changed in 2009 for the first time. In July, 2011 absolutely new version of a site http://penzanews.ru was started up, rebranding of the news agency was made. A visual symbol of the news agency is "comma".

The main aims of work of news agency "PenzaNews" are formation of the continuous news line on the web-site http://penzanews.ru, mailing of messages according to the base of subscribers, organization and carrying out of press conferences, audionews production (together with "Russkoe Radio"), translating the most significant news into English and also gathering and processing of analytical, expert and strategic information.
