Penza, 5 September 2011. PenzaNews. Head-quarter exercises of the territorial subsystem of the Ministry of Emergency Measures and civil defense are carried out in the Penza region from September, 5th till September, 9th.

According to the representative of the press-service of central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of the Russian Federation there will be organized the exercises to check up the readiness of officers, machines and technique in the region.

The source of the department said: "Imagined emergency situations and fires will take place on the territory of Penza and in the areas of the region. The Department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures in the Penza region asks citizens to be calm".
