Penza, 6 September 2011. PenzaNews. Representatives of the regional Ministry of health and social development, the department of public health services of Penza, the Ministry of Finance and territorial fund of obligatory medical insurance visited the Ulyanovsk region to exchange experience.

The main attention was given to realization of the Federal law "About modification of some acts of the Russian Federation in connection with acceptance of the Federal Law "About obligatory medical insurance in the Russian Federation". According to this the powers of local self-government of health services organization will be changed since January, 1st, 2012. All system of public health services will be under the supervision of subjects of Federation law.

The press-service of Ministry of health and social development said: "Experts of the Penza region got answers to the questions on realization of the given law, and also shared experience with the Ulyanovsk colleagues".
