Penza, 7 September 2011. PenzaNews. The mayor of Zarechny of the Penza region Vyacheslav Gladkov offered to organize Association of small innovative cities. His initiative will be discussed during the 4th economic forum in Tula.

According to Tatyana Saltsova, the head of the group of interaction with mass-media of Communication Department of Zarechny, Vyacheslav Gladkov shared his ideas during the round table in Moscow where the delegation from Tula also took part.

She said: "According to mayor of Zarechny, this public organization will develop city infrastructure, improve the level of life of the population, and instill scientific and technical innovations in municipal economy. We have already begun to work out the concept of new public organization. Presumably, it will be ready by September, 30th, when the public discussion of it will take place on the 4th Economic forum in Tula".
