The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev sent the telegram with condolences to the governor of the Yaroslavl region Sergey Vahrukov in connection with death of sportsmen of hockey club "Locomotiv" as the result of wreck of plane "Yak-42" on Wednesday, September, 7th.

The telegram text said: "On behalf of residents of the Penza region I express deep condolences in connection with the terrible air crash which claim lives of players and trainers of hockey club "Locomotiv" and the crewmen of the plane. This tragedy claimed lives of talented young men, the glory of the Russian and world hockey. We share bitterness with you, sincerely we feel with the family of the deads. Blessed memory about them will remain in our hearts forever!"
