Penza, 12 September 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev criticized the quality of the road from the airport to Baumansky overpass which is reconstructed as a part of the target-oriented program "Preparation for celebrating of the 350th anniversary of Penza in 2010-2013".

The head of region said: "I examined the works on the road in Ternovka. I'm dissatisfied with the results which I saw".

According to Vasily Bochkarev, rubble which is used on the road is of poor-quality. It will lead to soon wear and tear of the road covering.

The head of the region appointed responsible for the work spent on this site of road, the first deputy of the chairman of the regional government Nikolay Ashcheulov and the head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov. The governor charged to improve situation as soon as possible.
