Vasily Bochkarev said: "With all my heart I wish you good luck, health and kindness. I'd like to say special words of gratitude to the veterans of financial branch. Many of you overcome difficult years of Great Patriotic War and restored the national economy. They worked when there were no computers. Dear financiers, your work is very difficult, you are excellent specialists".

The chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region Alexander Guljakov also congratulated the employees of financial branch on their professional holiday.

Alexander Guljakov said: "You have an important function in social and economic life of the country. You regulate flow of funds. Only thanks to your competent, professionalism we manage to form budgets, to finance programs and projects".

The best workers were awarded by breastplates "Excellent specialist of finance", diplomas of the ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation, Federal Exchequer, the main federal inspector in the Penza region, and also grateful letters from the governor of the Penza region and region Legislative Assembly.
