Penza, 15 September 2011. PenzaNews. Lawyers from American state Illinois Majkl Feris and Margret Kirni visited Penza regional court. Besides, visitors met students and teachers of the law faculty of Penza State University.

The dean of the law faculty of Penza State University Vitaly Goshuljak said: "We were surprised that there are no lectures at American universities. All education is constructed by conversation principle. It is an active mode of study which we are going to use also in our work".

Michael Feris said: "Students are the same in all countries. Here we are pleasantly surprised by their attentiveness, intelligence and mind. They are good students".

Michael Feris added: "We have the same problems, and it's interesting to learn how they are solved in Russia. In my opinion, in America there are two basic problems in justice system. The first is very expensive legal proceedings. Legal proceedings for large firms cost from 5 to 10 million dollars. The second problem is the absence of terms of disposal of legal proceeding. Process can last for years".

According to Natalia Bychenkova, the Press Secretary of court, visitors witnessed the session of court of cassation instance and met the chairman Alexey Shishkin.

She said: "American lawyers didn't only solve work questions. They also visited "Tarhany" and Nikolsky glass and crystal museum. They also plan to visit Belgorod and Moscow".
