Penza, 16 September 2011. PenzaNews. A group of volunteers helping homeless animal was organized in Penza in June, 2011. They found new owners for 102 homeless animals.

Now this group in one of social networks has 2400 persons and it is the most numerous group of volunteers in Penza.

In August volunteers united efforts with the charitable program of fund "Grazhdansky Souz" "Give a paw, my friend".

The representative of the group said: "Volunteers help homeless animals. They find homes for them, help to get veterinary services, treat wounded animals, and buy food for them. Few residents of our city know about this group. That's why during the exhibition of dogs in sport center "Rubin" on September, 18th volunteers will tell about their work, explain, how it is possible to render financial and other help or become a member of group".
