Penza, 19 September 2011. PenzaNews. About 17.5 thousand hectares or 30% of agricultural grounds aren’t used in Spassky area of the Penza region.

The head of the working group which deals introducing of non-arable lands, the chairman of the regional government Marat Faizov said: "These squares are very large, it is necessary to take all measures to input them in agricultural turn".

According to the source of the department of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Penza region, the members of working group made recommendations and corresponding commissions for work with investors — legal and the physical persons registered outside of region.

It is planned to hold one more session in Spassky area in the nearest future.
