Penza, 20 September 2011. PenzaNews. Inter-regional youth innovative forum "Penza region — the territory of success" will take place in the recreation camp "Zvezdochka" in Bessonovsky area from September, 29th till October, 1st.

According to the deputy minister of education of the Penza region Alexander Voronkov, the chief of the district department of family and youth policy of the government of Moscow Alexander Luhter will participate in this forum.

Alexander Voronkov said: "Doctor of Pedagogic, the head of international foresight-club "Motivator-24", the author of foresight-technologies, professor of MGPI, a member of the International federation of journalists Sergey Tetersky will be a trainer of the forum".

According to him, the educational program will be prepared for the young men who own business or want to start it, young scientists, experts in work with youth and active of student of self-management.
