Penza government intend to use Israel experience of the development of transport scheme

Penza, 20 September 2011. PenzaNews. The head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov had a business trip to the business capital of Israel Tel Aviv where he should meet the officials and discuss creation the new transport scheme in Penza.

The press-service of city administration said: "Today almost all transport of the city go through the center and it causes traffic jams. This problem can be solved only by creation of the new transport scheme. Roman Chernov had a business trip to Israel where they managed to build transport highways and parking lots on rather small territory".

"The project is worked out now. Colleagues from Israel will offer some their variants of solving problem of city transport system and after that the project will be issued and transferred to public discussion".
