Representatives of hospital "Diakonissen" from Germany will visit Penza

Penza, 21 September 2011. PenzaNews. The delegation of employees of hospital "Diakonissen" (DIAKO) from German city Flensburg intends to visit the Penza region in the beginning of November. Visit is devoted to cooperation development in the sphere of public health services. They also want to exchange of experience as a part of the agreement signed between hospital and regional Ministry of health and social development.

The press-service of the regional government said: "It's planned that the governor Vasily Bochkarev and the councilor of directors of the hospital "Diakonissen" Torben Jurgenson and the manager of hospital Claudia Eriksen will have meeting concerning realization of the modern models of health services, an exchange of teachers and doctors for preparation of students and post-graduate students, organization of joint student's projects".

Besides, as a part of their trip the governor Vasily Bochkarev will give an interview to the editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper "Flensburger Tageblatt" Antje Walter about measures of improvement the quality of health services in the Penza region.

Hospital "Diakonissen" (DIAKO) is the leading research and clinic-diagnostic center in Northern Germany. More than 20 clinics institutes and the centers on rendering of the medical and social help, equipped with the modern hi-tech equipment are included in it. Over 3 thousand employees work in the hospital.

Since 2007 the hospital actively cooperates with the medical institutions of the Penza region. Five Penza doctors had training in the hospital, and doctors "Diakonissen" spoke to their colleagues in Penza.
