The press-service of city administration said: "180 educational institutions of Penza are ready — 78 schools, 81 preschools, and also 105 institutions of public health services, 60 objects of culture, 20 social institutions and 12 objects of sports and physical training".

Readiness of boiler-houses and central heat distribution station is 91.3%. Preparation of heating main is finishing. Now according to the confirmed plan systems of heating are filled.
