Penza, 27 September 2011. PenzaNews. 129 627 people of the Penza region and over 1000 members of their families got social benefits for 8 months of 2011.

According to the press-service of Ministry of health and social development of the Penza region, 72.2 thousand people got compensation of expenses on home telephones, 1 telephone was mounted for free to 1 rehabilitated person.

The press-service said: "127 632 persons got monetary compensations of expenses on housing-and-municipal services every month. The demand for benefits increased by 143 million rubles in comparison with 2010 and became 942.2 million rubles".

The persons entitled to benefits got 910 rubles per month. Last year they got 756 rubles.
