More than 400 illegal dumps were liquidated in Penza for half a year

Penza, 27 September 2011. PenzaNews. 452 illegal dumps were revealed on the territory of Penza from the end of March. According to the press-service of city administration, 441 dumps were liquidated out more than 5.1 thousand cubic meters of garbage were taken out.
