Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation discussed the variants of reconstruction of the Penza airport

Penza, 27 September 2011. PenzaNews. Questions about reconstruction of the take-off-landing site of Penza airport were discussed during the meeting of the ministry of transport of Russian Federations on Tuesday, September, 27th in Moscow. The transport ministry suggested different variants: to find investors for repairs, to organize a logistic centre on the territory of the airport and to transfer Penza airport to the property of the Federal subject and allocate money from the ministry of transport of the Russian Federation.

The embassy of the Penza region in the government of the Russian Federation said: "It was pointed out also that reconstruction of the airport is a significant regional and federal project".
