Penza, 28 September 2011. PenzaNews. The residents of some houses of Zapadnaya Polana district of Penza don't have hot water supply because of the debts of 14 million rubles.

According to the press service of the city administration, Gas of the boiler-house providing heat and hot water in this microdistrict was switched off. During an extraordinary session on preparation for cold winter the assistant to the head of administration of the city Michael Panjuhin urged all representatives of community services to solve the problems.
