1.7 thousand debtors wasn't able to go abroad from the beginning of this year in the Penza region

Penza, 28 September 2011. PenzaNews. The court enforcement officers of the Penza region didn't allow 1774 debtors to go abroad in 2011. According to the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the regional department of the Court Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation Ksenia Pivovarova, 492 persons had debts for alimony.

She said: "41 debtors comply with the requirements, seven of them paid debts for alimony".

She added that it is necessary to pay debts in time because it takes two weeks or one month to raise a prohibition.
