Penza, 29 September 2011. PenzaNews. The student of medical institute of the Penza state university Anastasiya Shpichka became the winner of the All-Russia competition on the grant of the president of the Russian Federation for a free scientific trip abroad in 2011–2012 academic year.

The press service of the university said: “From October, 1st, till August, 1st, 2012 the girl will have training in the scientific center “Leibniz Universitet Hannover” in Germany”.

It is offered to high school to provide with The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation ordered to prepare all documents for the grant-aided student quickly, solve all questions with the foreign partners and also organize additional classes of the foreign language for successful training abroad.
