Penza, 30 September 2011. PenzaNews. Deputies of Penza municipal duma estimated the preparation for a cold season of 2011-2012 during the regular session on Friday, September, 30th. The trial start-up of heating system in Penza was planned to be held on October, 1st. First of all, heating will be supplied to kindergartens, schools, hospitals and other social institutions.

During the discussion deputies paid attention to the organization of repairs and necessity of preparation of the documentation and organization of the auctions so that repair of heating systems would be held in June – July and not last till October. Besides, the deputies recommended to control of the schedules of repair work.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, the city is ready for a cold season and heating will start in time.
Besides, the mayor commented on the situation that hot water supply was switched off because of debts in Zapadnaya Polyana district.

Ivan Belozertsev said: "People regularly pay money for utilities and they shouldn't suffer. Those organizations which work in heat supply sphere, shouldn't wait for cold weather and make people suffer because of their reciprocal. They should clarify who should pay and who have debts after the cold season. Solve problems of debts in the court, but people should get heating and always hot water supply in time".
