Penza, 3 October 2011. PenzaNews. Antiterrorist exercises will be organized in the building of the Penza regional Drama Theater named after A.V. Lunacharsky on Tuesday, October, 4th.

According to the representative of the press-service of the department of Federal Security Service of Russia of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, traffic in Bakunina, Moscovskaya, Pushkina and Plehanova streets will be blocked.

The press-service of the department said: "Emergency operations center apologized for inconveniences".
