Penza, 5 October 2011. PenzaNews. The procedure of legalization the subsidy for payment for housing-and-municipal services was simplified in Penza due to automatic system of data transmission between resource supplying enterprises and the social department of the city.

According to the chief of social department of Penza Sergey Volkov, about 7 thousand families had the right for subsidy for a total sum over 50 million rubles last years.

Sergey Volkov said: "Since 2009 the average size of indemnifications has grown by 72% up to 873 rubles in summer and by 69% up to 1 thousand 286 rubles in winter".

He underlined that the main category of the residents who applied for grants consits of the citizens with incomes below the living wage, e.g. unemployed, dependents, unemployed invalids, pensioners and large families.
