Penza, 6 October 2011. PenzaNews. The teacher of biology of the highest category of versatile lycée of Malaya Serdoba of the Penza region Galina Malkina got an award of the president of the Russian Federation. The corresponding decree was signed on October, 3rd.

Olga Kolesnikova the head of the press-service of the main federal inspector in the Penza region said: "The award was given for merits in the spheres of education and long-term productive work".
