Residents of the Penza region tried to carry more than 160 units of weapon to the courts from the beginning of year

Penza, 7 October 2011. PenzaNews. Court enforcement officers of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region fulfilled the check functions in the buildings of the courts of the region and prevented more than 1.5 thousand attempts to bring forbidden things to the court for 9 months of 2011.

According to Ksenia Pivovarova, the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, the visitors of the courts tried to carry 37 units of fire-arms, 701 units of ammunition, 131 units of the gas and traumatic weapon, and also 8 electroshock devices.

She said: "These weapon and ammunition belonged to visitors of courts legally".

Ksenia Pivovarova added that court enforcement officers revealed other 646 things representing potential danger to persons, being in the court building. There were household things similar to cold steel arms.

Ksenia Pivovarova said: "All citizens who had forbidden things were offered to arrive to the court without them. As the result of preventive measures there weren't any emergency situations in the buildings of the courts of the Penza region".
