Penza, 10 October 2011. PenzaNews. 352 persons of the Penza region need social care. It was revealed during the inspection of the habitation conditions of more than 2.6 thousand lonely and living alone pensioners and invalids which was held by the representatives of social protection institutions of the Penza region.

The press-service of the regional Ministry of Health and regional development said: "258 citizens got the help in official registration of applications for social service at home, 25 citizens applied for social service at the establishments providing social service".
