Penza, 10 October 2011. PenzaNews. There were 2 285 cases of acute respiratory viral infection on the territory of the Penza region last week. The rate of acute respiratory viral infection increased by 6.5% in comparison with the previous week, thus it is at the level of annual values.

The press-service of the department of Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights in the Penza region said: "There are 40.1% of children. Flu wasn't revealed".

There is a high sick rate in Lopatinsky, Nikolsky, Sosnovoborsky, Kuznetsk, Neverkinsky, Penzensky, Nizhnelomovsky, Kameshkirsky, Spassky areas and also in Kuznetsk and Penza.

The press-service said: "250 thousand doses of vaccine "Grippol" and 100 thousand doses of vaccine "Grippol plus" will be supplied at expense of the means of the federal budget. 4 673 doses were supplied as a part of the program "Healthy Child", for today 1 157 persons had injections".
