Penza, 10 October 2011. PenzaNews. 73 houses of 2 088 many-storied buildings hasn't had heating yet according to data presented on October, 10th.

The press-service of Penza administration said: "52 boiler-houses of 52 ones were started, 150 of 153 central heating stations started to work. All educational institutions of Penza, except kindergarten №105 and schools №41 has already have heating. 56 cultural enterprises have heating".

Trial start-up of heating systems has been begun on October, 1st, officially the cold season started on October, 5th.
