Penza, 10 October 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev visited a number of objects of capital construction in Penza on Monday, October, 10th. Library named after M.U. Lermontov in Stroiteley Prospect was the first one in the governor’s trip. According to the chief of the building site Valentin Morozov, now 90% of painting and decorating of the building is fulfilled.

Valentin Morozov said: "Installation of internal systems of ventilation, firefighting, cold water supply system and water drains proceeds now. Installation of stained-glass windows and heat insulation of facade walls, and also work on the territory accomplishment is conducted. The object should be ready by December, 20th. However it is possible to complete all works in November".

Vasily Bochkarev offered the director of the library Marina Osipova to organize chargeable parking lot and also an exhibition-sale of pictures of the Penza artists in the hall of the second floor.

The governor said: "This object will provide entertainment for children and adults who live in Arbekovo district. First of all, it should develop a sense of beauty and culture. As a matter of fact, the library becomes an entertainment center where, people will meet each other, actors of a philharmonic society and also public officers in the assembly hall of the library".

The next was the building site of the future philharmonic society hall for 750 places and which will be on the crossing of the Suvorova and Nekrasova streets. Vasily Bochkarev paid attention to the nearby apartment houses and gave the commission to the head of Penza Roman Chernov work out the decorations of the facades of these houses.

Besides, the head of the region examined the basic and training arenas of the Ice palace in Okruzhnaya street which will be put in operation by November, 20th. He also visited a building site of the Palace of martial art.

Summing up the results of the trip, Vasily Bochkarev pointed out that all works are carried out without delays.

The governor said: "It's important that all objects should work every day all day long. They shouldn't stand idle. Unfortunately it happens sometimes. Therefore I ask the ministries of culture and sport to think over its attendance. For example, Penza waits for an ice rink and I consider that the Ice palace will be one of the best in the country".

He underlined that first of all, the purpose of capital construction is organize children's free time and to popularize the healthy way of life.
