Penza police officers didn't allow 1.8 thousand residents of the region to go abroad

Penza, 12 October 2011. PenzaNews. Court enforcement officers of the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers in the Penza region limited 1 thousand 847 residents of Penza to go abroad. It's three times more than during the same period of the previous year.

The main expert of interaction with mass-media of the regional department of Federal Service of Public Prosecutors of the Russian Federation Ksenia Pivovarova said: "Trips abroad are limited for all categories of debtors, including to debtors of alimony payments. So, 510 decrees about restriction of departure of alimony were issued".

She added that as the result of these measures 49 citizens have paid their debts for 9 months of 2011.
