Penza, 13 October 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev intends to invite Chinese students to study at local universities. The corresponding decision the head of region has accepted during the meeting with the representatives of Chinese delegation from Jilin province. The cooperation agreement in agriculture sphere has been signed after the dialogue with delegation of the Chinese province.

Vasily Bochkarev explained that students from China will study Russian in Penza and local specialists will get experience introduction of new technologies in different industrial branches.

During the meeting with the representatives of regional mass media on Thursday, October, 13th the governor said: "Thus we can not only strengthen economy, but also, probably, improve a demographic situation in the Penza region".

The head of region said also that Penza cultural delegation is going to visit China in February, 2012.
