Penza, 14 October 2011. PenzaNews. More than 29.5 thousand cases were on compulsory collecting of the transport tax of total sum about 50.3 million rubles were initiated by the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region for 9 months 2011.

Ksenia Pivovarova, the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said: "If the executive document goes to service of court enforcement officers, the enforcement proceedings are initiated and court enforcement officers will collect extra 7% of tax, but not less than 500 roubles. Thus, the total sum can increase".

She added that the owners of automobiles should pay the transport tax before November, 6th.
