Penza, 14 October 2011. PenzaNews. The department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region started rendering services and accepting applications through the Internet. More than 100 applications have already been received since October, 1st. The deputy chief of the head of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vitaly Savka said about it during the press conference which was held on Friday, October, 14th.

He said: "To send any application to law-enforcement bodies, it is necessary to register on site gosuslugi.ru and to receive login and password".

According to the chief of call center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Dmitry Vorobev, since October, 1st anybody can send the application, the message or other information about incidents using the Internet and a personal computer.

He said: "Each application will be transferred to the district department the applicant and considered as soon as possible".

The chief of the department of information support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region Grigory Matveev said that now it's possible to demand the registration or carrying out of checkup of the vehicle through the Internet.

He said: "After a while you will get a notification where and when you can get the chosen service without a queue".

The chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Igor Belov informed that since October, 1st the residents of the region had an opportunity of property protection, for example, apartments, garages and organizations through the Internet.

According to Vitaly Savka, some services will be rendered since July, 1st, 2012 because some question on interaction with other departments hasn't been solved yet.

In particular, according to the chief of information center Alexey Derin, since July, 2012 it will be possible to order the inquiry on presence or absence of previous conviction by means of personal computer.

According to the chief of the center of license work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Nikolay Belkin, since July, 2012 citizens and organizations can send through the Internet a demand for certification of the private security guard or a detective, licenses for detective activity.

According to Vitaly Savka, all services according to the requirement of Federal Law of the Russian Federation “About organization of granting of the state municipal services” the Ministry of Internal Affairs started to render service through the Internet free of charge.
