Penza, 18 October 2011. PenzaNews. The Office of Public Prosecutor of Shemyshejsky area revealed infringement of the rights of wheelchair invalids. There is no access for them to objects of a social infrastructure and obliged the authorities to equip 7 buildings of administrations and one post office with special ramps.

The press-service of regional Office of Public Prosecutor said: "Entrance ramps should be provised in administration Shemyshejky and local governments of the Armievsky, Karzhimantsky, Russkonorkinsky, Sinodsky, Starodemkinsky and Starozaharkinsky Village Soviets and also in the post office in village Lopatino".
