Penza, 18 October 2011. PenzaNews. The senior district police officer of the department of police №3 in Penza captain Alexander Fedjashchin will represent the Penza region at the All-Russia competition "National District Police Officer".

According to the press-service of the regional government of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Alexander Fedjashchin became the winner of regional competition "The Best Specialist".

The source of the department said: "The criteria of the competition are published on an official site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. On November, 1st the information about the best district police officer of the regions will be presented in the special section of the site. There will be a photo, a blank form and video presentation. Voting will finish on November, 16th".

On November, 17th, when Russian district police officers will celebrate a professional holiday, the winner of All-Russia competition of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation will be awarded by Rashid Nurgaliev. It is planned that a car will become one of the main prizes.
