Penza, 19 October 2011. PenzaNews. The deputies of the Penza municipal duma discussed the realization of the program "Safety of traffic and development of a network of public roads" during the session of the constant commission on the budget, financial and a tax policy.

Repair program comes to the end this year, certificates of executed works with exact instructions of the asphalted streets are presented on all sites.

Thus Mayor Ivan Belozertsev said that there are many complaints because of the quality of repair although special laboratories worked regularly.

The Mayor said: “One of the reasons is weak control of works from housing and communal services department”.

Ivan Belozertsev charged to put all hatches on the repaired sites to the standard level during the week and informed that the question of repair of roads is under constant control of deputies.
