Penza, 20 October 2011. PenzaNews. The center of automatic photofixing of administrative offenses in the field of traffic was opened in Penza. The newest equipment was demonstrated in traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region on Wednesday, October, 19th.

The deputy chief of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladislav Penzin said: "The mobile complex "Arena" resist rain, snow and sun and can work and at night. Besides, it is protected from vandals".

Accoding to the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, all information from mobile complexes transfers to the center of fixing of offenses for further processing. The computer program is arranged so that the decision about an administrative offense is formed automatically.

Julia Kibitkina the senior inspector of center of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region said: "There are full data of the owner of a vehicle, a place and time of the infringement, article which was broken by a driver. There is the photo with the registration signs on the backside of the documents. Besides, the program itself writes out the sum of the penalty for infringement of traffic regulations".

The employees of the center make out about 300 administrative reports every day. In future it is planned to increase this quantity up to 1 thousand reports a day.
