Penza, 21 October 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev held a meeting with the representatives of the Union of writers and the Union of journalists of Russia on Friday, October, 21st. Cultural authority enumerated the main problems of the region.

In particular, the member of the Union of journalists of Russia, prose writer Feodor Samarin said that the most important entertainment place of the residents of Penza is the central recreation park named after V.G. Belinsky. It should be renewed and restored.

Feodor Samarin said: "It is paradoxical, but the newest ride is 25 years, other rides are also in a bad condition".

He also added that the interesting rides are manufactured in the Italian province of Lombardy and the Penza region has recently made an agreement of cooperation with it.

Feodor Samarin said: "There are public gardens, landscape parks and theme pars for local residents even in Milan. We could adopt their experience and buy new rides directly from the manufacturers and also create a new comfortable recreation zone".

Vasily Bochkarev said: "It's a very interesting suggestion and we will consider it".
