Penza, 21 October 2011. PenzaNews. The first humanitarian forum "Province" will be held in Penza from October, 27 till October, 29th. It will create the atmosphere of expert community. The vice-president of the government, the head of department of an innovative policy of the Penza region Yury Krivov expressed such opinion during the press conference on Friday, October, 21st.

Yury Krivov underlined that the main idea of the forum is not meeting with the high-rank federal officials but to search new impulses of social and economic development of region by means of the cultural development of the areas.

Yury Krivov said: "Penza becomes a site where we will find alternative ways of development of the Russian province. The representatives of the federal and regional power will meet with the national elite to discuss the prospects of social and cultural development of the region. For the first time they will have meeting not in the capital of the country but in province".

According to the press attaché of the humanitarian forum Sergey Begisheva, a new scheme of work will be developed in Penza. The leaders of public opinion will not only suggest civil initiatives but see the process of their realisation.

Yury Krivov said: "It is important to understand that everything depends on our internal will and desire to prove that we can develop and grow".

He informed journalists that all panel discussions and sections will be presented by Penza and capital moderators.

Yury Krivov informed: "Expert audience will include famous figures of of culture, arts, television, sports and education. Alexander Gordon, Michael Zhvanetsky, Boris Grachevsky, Dmitry Bykov, Alla Surikova, Svetlana Svetlichnaya, Boris Korchevnikov, Larisa Verbitsky, Svetlana Horkina, Igor Dobrin, Natalia Bestemyanova, Ivan Zasursky, Elena Vartanova, Yury Vyazemsky and others will take part in the forum".

Besides, the participants of a forum Ekaterina Rozhdestvenskaya, Natalia Varley, Tatyana Ustinova and Alexander Gordon will present their new works and will hold creative meetings with their admirers.

The 4th investment forum of the Penza region and an exhibition "Tourism and rest" will be also held as a part of forum "Province" in Penza.
