Penza, 27 October 2011. PenzaNews. Office of Public Prosecutor of the Penza region revealed 715 infringements of the legislation on the state and municipal service, counteraction of corruption regarding observance of duty of the employees realizing powers on control and supervision and also allowing functions on representation of data on the incomes.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: “Numerous infringements of the law by state and municipal employees of doubtful and incomplete data on incomes about property and obligations of property in 2010 were revealed during the inspection”.

She noticed that there were the employees of territorial bodies of federal tax service of Russia, department of federal service of court enforcement officers, department of federal service on supervision in sphere of wildlife department, central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia, department of federal service on supervision in sphere of protection of the rights of consumers and well-being of the person, department of federal service on supervision in sphere of communication, information technology and mass communications, the state inspection of work, department of federal service on veterinary and sanitary supervision, department of natural resources and environment, department of town-planning, department of forest, Ministries of Education, Ministries of Agriculture and also local governments.

She said: “So, doubtful data on incomes were elicited by the employees in central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Penza region. The chief of the department of supervising activity of Pervomaysky district of Penza didn’t say son in the inquiry on incomes, on property and obligations of property in 2010 about premises of his minor. The main specialist of the department of information and data input of the management of federal tax service didn’t say in the inquiry about land property”.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya informed that 228 representations, including 25 representations for the public authorities, 203 for in local governments were made as the result of the inspection.

She said: “37 municipal employees were brought to disciplinary responsibility. Most of certificates of public prosecutor are under consideration now”.
