The possibility of organizing a media stock exchange is discussed in Penza

Penza, 28 October 2011. PenzaNews. The representatives of regional and federal funds of the mass information discussed the possibility of organizing all-Russian “media stock exchange” in Penza.
It was discussed during the work of section “Media space and modern information technology at the forum “Project Province”. The leader of the section was a journalist, an actor and a film director Alexander Gordon and also a journalist and media culturologist Andrey Sorokin.
The idea of creation a uniform base for information interchange between various regions of Russia was stated by the chairman of the Penza branch of the conjunction of journalists Pavel Prohorenkov.
Pavel Prohorenkov said: “We came to the right conclusion during the forum that we do not know what happened in the neighbor regions. It is important for tourism. I can tell much about sights of the Penza region, but I know nothing about Ulyanovsk and other regions”.
The initiative of formation of a uniform platform for information interchange and television plots was supported by all participants of section.
Besides, the moderator of the discussion Alexander Gordon offered to write down the recommendation for the regional authorities to finance the television project “Ours people in Moscow”, telling about life of fellow countrymen in the capital and as about positive examples, and negative, to destroy stereotypes about life in Moscow as about the best one.
The question of granting so-called “governor's quotas” for training local journalists at the expensive courses of qualification improvement was also discussed.
