Penza, 7 November 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev held personal reception of the residents of Kamensky area on Monday, November, 7th.

The resident of the military camp Valeriya Tertychenko came to tell about the problem of housing cooperative and its participation in the program of major repairs of the house and transition to individual door to door heating. During the conversation it turned out that, some buildings are the property of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and cannot be transferred to municipality.

Vasily Bochkarev said “We work on this territory as it is not the municipality property. However I will give the commission to deal with to regional department of housing and communal services to help in solving your problem”. He asked the head of department of housing and communal services of the Penza region Yury Ilyin to pay attention to this situation.

The resident of village Kobylkino Zagid Shirjaev said about the electricity problem and low voltage of electric systems in the houses of the settlement.

According to the chief of Kamensky Regional Power Supply Station Alexey Popov, in October the old transformer in village was replaced by more powerful one. Besides, in the nearest future aluminum wires will be replaced by armor cable.

He said: “Today our specialists will go to the site and try to find the reason of low voltage”.

Elena Pisareva from settlement Anuchino who has many children was the third one on the reception of Vasily Bochkarev.

Elena Pisareva said: “I have four daughters. We have already got federal parent subsidies and have bought an apartment in the center of the village. Now we would like to receive support to buy ground area for melons and gourds cultivation near our house as I cannot leave my children for a long time. Besides, we want to get horned cattle for dairy production”.

The governor advised to take cows in leasing and to use credits for farm development. He also gave the commission to the head of Kamensky area Konstantin Groshev to think about ground area for the family.

One more reference to the head of the region was connected with the restoration of residence permit of the invalid of the 3rd group Alexey Murashov. Olga Zubkova came with the man. She helped the semiliterate invalid.

Olga Zubkova said: “I visited all institutions, the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and migratory service. However, one inquiry isn’t enough to renew registration in the house where Alexey lived earlier with his parents and had been registered before. Besides, specialists of the hospital refused to supply necessary treatment”.

Vasily Bochkarev asked the public prosecutor of the area to carry out corresponding check regarding procedure of registration of the invalid. In turn, the deputy minister of public health services and social development of the Penza region Pavel Degtjar advised Olga Zubkova to go to the local psychiatrist and decide what medicine is necessary for Alexey Murashov.

The kindergarten teacher from Kamenka Elena Utkina complained that there is annual support for young specialists working at schools and tutors, but workers of kindergartens don’t have such additional payments.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “Regional budget cannot support all categories of young specialists, therefore, I consider that the municipality can provide the payments”.

Besides, some people come to thank the governor. In particular, Lyudmila Korneyeva thanked Vasily Bochkarev for program realization on moving of emergency housing, and the resident of Kamenka Sergey Lagutov thanked for assistance in organization of a trip of his daughter Anastasia to the international competition of vocalists in Italy.
