Penza, 8 November 2011. PenzaNews. “Diving” cyclone came from the northwest and brought snow and small warming up to -1 -4°C on the territory of the Penza region.

According to the forecasts, it will snow during the week and the first snow cover will be formed. It will be small, however the snow won’t melt as the temperature will be below zero. Ice-crusted ground is expected.

By Saturday, November, 12th, the air temperature can decrease to -13°C and then the weather will become warmer.

The north wind with speed up to 3 - 5 meters per second will blow during the week.

"Diving" cyclone — the extra tropical cyclone characterized by especial trajectory, as a rule, from the north to the south and the high speed of moving, not less 50 km/h.
